SHIPPING & PRODUCTION POLICY

We are a small independent business. All products we offer at this time are open preorders. To assure we have enough stock for demand, we make all products to order. There is therefore a time period for production. At conclusion of the open preorder period all product orders are submitted to our printers and put into production. The production timeframe is dependent upon the printer. After production the products are shipped to us. The manner of transportation and the location of each printer will determine length of transit times, as well as whether the products must go through customs. Due to the current nature of the printing industry and the unpredictability of production time, we will update you as we are updated by the printer. We have all had the experience of the promised finish date being moved or changed. We understand these things happen. Rest assured that you will know everything that we know in this regard.

CUSTOMS AND TAXES:

Please note that orders may be subjected to VAT, import duties, and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. The Tome Tunnel L.L.C. has no control over VAT, import duties, and/or taxes and such fees that are initiated by a customer's country. 

EU AND NORTHERN IRELAND

Due to the GPSR Regulations we are not able to directly sell to the EU or Northern Ireland. We recommend using a US based parcel forwarding service such as Ship It To or Stackry.

REGIONS WE DO NOT SELL TO

Due to tax regulations and foreign tariff rates we are unable to directly sale and ship to certain countries at this time. If your country is not amongst our sale regions, you are still able to purchase through a parcel forwarding service.
